This page contains information regarding our terms and conditions which are subject to change. This page also explains the requirements from our students, parents and guardians. Please read carefully and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Cancellation:
Students may cancel at any time with one months notice and must insure that any outstanding payments are settled.
Bank Holiday weekends:
Typically all bank holiday Monday’s we are closed no refunds are given for any sessions on the bank holiday Monday however any student s who are only training once a week at a Monday’s class may attend another session during that Month only to catch up.
Genral Holidays:
Typicaly the Karate club closses for at least two weeks over the summer break in August and two weeks over the Christmas holidays. The dates of when we close during the holidays varies. There are no refunds over the holidays as this is reflected in our prices.
Missed Classes
We do not refund if you miss a class because you are unwell or couldn’t make for genral reasons.
However we do allow you to make up for any missed classes during that month.
There are exceptions to this for example if a student is seriously injured and has to miss a month or two to recover we will suspend your payments until you are fit enough to return. However if you wish to cancel after your recovery then the one months notice will apply.
Offers:
In Oder to benefit from any of the offers listed you must sign up on the day and the Joining fee must be paid in full.
Only one Offer can be claimed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Refunds:
Refuds will only be issued for faulty goods such as: Uniforms, T shirts, and training equipment. The equipment used to be returned in its original packing.
Joining Fees, Insurance fees and training fees are non refundable unless under certain conditions as mentioned above.
